Secure communications require considerable effort nowadays, but according to the Snowden leaks it's still possible.

The current record of these events is a fascinating read, the continuing pursuit of which I strongly recommend.

I've appended my GPG public key below. And provided a brief overview of possible computer management for newbies. I must admit my struggle for secure communication has been laregly a losing battle so far. But none-the-less secure communicatons must be achieved. They shut me down whimsically every so often just to show whose boss, it would appear. We've caught them redhanded in the distant past rewriting emails to dramatically change facts. This notorious "dirty tricks" ethos define the CIA history since WW2, and is why the RCMP SS were disbanded in the 80's. However little has changed, except for the adoption of the plausible denial priority nowadays, to replace the historically blatent gangsterism that was the norm pre McDonald report in the 1980's.

It's very rare to find trustworthy instructions that teaches secure communication. Journalists in the field offer glimpses that they rely on separating their working processes according to various degrees of security required. (But you have to accept the fact that you can't keep them out of your computer if you use it online.) Snowden had 4 computers in HongKong for example. Thus in my understanding they use a separate computer (harddrive/flashdrive) for daily browsing, where the risk is greatest, and use a separate computer (harddrive/flashdrive) for only secure online communications. I assume they keep two wholly offline, one to process and store their secure communications and one that's kept pristine in order to restore drive integrity (including bios flashing) of those that become corrupted.

Linux operating systems can be securely installed in a tiny flash drive, and thus can be always carried with you. When you need secure communication, unplug your harddrive and boot from your working flashdrive (keeping the other 2 for said offline construction/restoration purposes. But the universal bios control (likely firmware) that athorities have attained is the elephant in the room that has to be dealt with nowadays.).
